Refund policy

Unfortunately we are unable to do refunds on any item that you have purchase, as the garments are handmade specially for you and some items are make to fit with your measurement only. But we do offer one time FREE alteration to adjust your item and make it how you like it.

Damages and issues

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
